United Fiber does not currently utilize carrier-grade NAT but is planning to roll it out in the future due to IPv4 address exhaustion.

While most people will not be affected by this change, some people utilizing certain services or advanced features may run into issues with their internet traffic for those services over carrier-grade NAT.

We allow the lease of static IPv4 public addresses to both businesses and residential subscribers. This will keep you out of the CG-NAT traffic while also giving you the benefit of no longer manually updating your IP address or utilizing Dynamic DNS for particular services or firewall rules.
