When transferring your services to United Fiber, you can keep your previous telephone or fax numbers.
We require a list of the numbers you would like ported and information about who is currently servicing those numbers.
We will then have you fill out paperwork to finalize the porting request with us and submit it to them to transfer the number(s). Your account must be in good standing with the previous provider for them to port the number away.
We will get a scheduled porting date set up. On that day, the numbers may be temporarily unavailable while being ported and set up on your United Fiber equipment.
